Our history
Ours has been a story of entrepreneurship and learning, of taking on challenges and learning from mistakes, of facing adversity with optimism, honoring the motto that distinguishes us “We build today, but thinking about tomorrow.”
1999
The adventure began with the constitution of the first company that we registered with the name of Heavy Lift México, through which we ventured into the construction business.
2000
The second project was the Engineering and Project Administration Firm (BIAPSA), whose central activity was the management and design of engineering and architectural projects.
2005
In February 2005, what we call the first stage of development began, through the constitution of the company HLM Cranes S.A. of C.V. in order to position ourselves in the construction industry in Mexico and which represented the consolidation of the two previous projects.
2007
In the second stage and as part of the strategy associated with growing the number of projects and carrying out larger infrastructure works, HLM Cranes S.A. of C.V. changes its corporate name and expands its corporate purpose to become Global Mexicana de Infraestructura S.A. of C.V. with the mission of transforming environments through infrastructure with a social and global vision.
2021
Today, we are in a third stage, it is time to strengthen our participation in the domestic market and expand activities to Latin American countries, which promoted the transformation to Global Mexicana de Infraestructura S.A.P.I. of C.V. in June 2021.
2023
The Global Infra® prefabricated plant begins operations in Tijuana, Baja California, with participation in the construction of the Tijuana Elevated Viaduct, Otay II port of entry, as part of the strategy to strengthen and consolidate the development of the company.
